Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Last updated: 2026-10-01

Introduction

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

  1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
  2. Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
  3. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
  4. Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
  5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  6. Uploaded and Generated Media — Character images, motion-reference videos, generated videos, file metadata, and generation status needed to provide the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
  • Process transactions and send related confirmations.
  • Send technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.
  • Submit generation requests to the selected AI model provider and return the result to you.

Privacy-Safe Usage Analytics

We use a first-party pseudonymous visitor identifier and visit records to understand how people move through the product and where the experience needs improvement. If you later sign in, relevant visit and product-interaction records may be associated with your account so we can understand the path from a visit to registration, checkout, or use of the service. A pseudonymous identifier is not the same as anonymous data, and we protect it accordingly.

Analytics events use a strict allowlist of event names and fields. They may include a sanitized public page category, selected product model or public template identifier, coarse media type or duration, credit amount, and a fixed success, failure, or blocked-reason category. These analytics records do not contain uploaded images or videos, file names, prompts, media URLs, raw error messages, or full IP addresses.

On public pages, we may also send sanitized route categories and allowlisted event fields to a configured analytics provider such as Plausible. We do not send full page URLs, query strings, account pages, authentication pages, private share links, or user-provided media details through these product events. We honor supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) signals for optional analytics collection. Blocking cookies, using private browsing, or clearing site data may cause a new pseudonymous visitor identifier to be created or may limit analytics continuity.

First-party product-event records are retained for up to 180 days and then removed on a rolling basis. If an account is deleted, its direct account link is removed from those records; any remaining pseudonymous visit data continues to age out under the same retention limit.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

  • With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
  • With AI model providers that process your uploaded images and motion videos, including Viggle and fal.ai. Their processing and retention practices are also governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies. User-uploaded inputs sent through fal.ai are placed in temporary Fal storage with a requested 24-hour expiration.
  • To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Media Retention

To help you continue after signing in or buying credits, the generator can temporarily save your selected photo or photos, motion video, model, and template in this browser's local storage database (IndexedDB). This does not send the files to an AI provider. Draft recovery is limited to the same browser tab and matching account, with guest drafts recoverable after sign-in. Drafts expire for recovery no later than four hours after their last save and are removed when the app next checks or writes drafts, or after a generation is accepted or you reset the inputs. You can also remove them by clearing this site's browser data. Private browsing and storage limits may prevent recovery.

Completed generated videos may be copied from the model provider into our durable object storage so your history, playback, and downloads continue to work after the provider's temporary link expires. Generated videos remain associated with your account until you delete them or they are removed under an applicable account, legal, safety, or operational retention requirement. Deleting a video removes access through your account and starts removal of its stored media. Source images and custom motion files submitted for a render are not placed in this generated-video archive, although the AI model provider may process and retain them under its own applicable policy.

Public Sharing

Generated videos are private to your account by default. If you explicitly choose Share, we create an unguessable public link that lets anyone with the link watch and download the finished video. The public page does not include your source image, source motion file, account details, or credit information. You can stop sharing at any time; the public link will then stop working. Revoking a link cannot recall copies that other people already downloaded or independently redistributed.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete your personal information. You can do this through your account settings or by contacting us at the email address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
