Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide AI-assisted tools that can transfer motion from a reference video to a character shown in an uploaded image, or use two uploaded images to create an original two-person performance with generated motion and audio. The service may rely on third-party model providers and may change, suspend, or discontinue features while the product is being validated.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Upload a person, character, image, or motion video that you do not own or have permission to use.
• Create deceptive impersonations, sexual or exploitative content, content involving minors, or material intended to harass, defraud, or harm another person.

User Content and AI Processing

You retain whatever rights you hold in your uploads. You grant us the limited rights needed to transmit, process, store, and return that content for operating the service. You represent that you have all necessary permissions. Third-party AI providers may process uploads under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material.

If you choose to share a generated video, you authorize us to make that finished output available to anyone with its public link until you stop sharing or delete the video. People with the link may watch and download it. Stopping sharing disables our link but cannot recall copies already downloaded or redistributed. You remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share the output publicly.

Payment and Billing

Credit packs are one-time purchases billed in advance, without automatic renewal. Credits purchased through the new packs displayed on the pricing page do not expire. Previously purchased or promotional credits retain the expiration terms under which they were granted.

AI Dance Pro consumes 10 service credits for each started second of the processed reference video, rounded up to a whole second. AI Dance Lite consumes 35 service credits per generation. The current approximately 15-second Rap Duo AI Studio cypher edit consumes 300 service credits. Templates and custom uploads follow their displayed model rates. The applicable charge is calculated by our server and displayed before generation begins. Previously created orders and generation tasks retain their recorded prices.

When our system confirms a technical generation failure, the credits charged for that render are returned automatically. Storage retries do not incur another generation charge. Purchases and other refund requests are handled case by case, subject to applicable law.

AI Output Limitations

AI output may be inaccurate, distorted, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it and for complying with platform rules, advertising requirements, intellectual-property law, and rights of publicity.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
